The Sweet Spot is a student-run retail pastry and coffee shop open to the community. We sell baked goods including fresh pastries, breads, and chocolate confections made by students in their classes. What’s available can change daily, depending on what our students are currently studying.

As a student, you’ll have a good introduction to one aspect of the business of baking and pastry arts. If your goal is to open a small bakery, The Sweet Spot can provide you with the ideal training ground.

As a patron, you’ll enjoy having a great little place to stop in, relax, and enjoy a taste of something special. Sit at a café table or on one of our comfortable sofas. Come by for fresh baked goods or indulge in some delectable chocolate. Choose from our house blend coffee, an assortment of teas, or an espresso drink.
