Every program detail is designed to ensure that, as a graduate, you will have solid credentials in the culinary arts as well as real-life experience to strengthen your knowledge and professionalism.

A World-Class Facility

You’ll learn in a unique, world-class facility built specifically for the study of the culinary arts. Completed in the fall of 2009, our 40,000 square foot building supports the learning process through advanced technologies and interior design — state-of-the-art classrooms, temperature- and humidity-controlled labs, and unobstructed views between classrooms to facilitate the open kitchen concept of European-style training and cooking.

Hands-on Training

In addition to internships and externships that will help you broaden your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to work in our student-run, full-service restaurant and pastry and coffee shop. They are an integral part of our teaching facility designed to bring the art and business of food together.
