Michael Lally

Food Safety Instructor

Michael Lally first came to Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan in September of 2010 as a food safety instructor. Mike has a long and varied history and a wealth of experience in the area of food safety. He has served as a food inspector with the Michigan Department of Agriculture since 1990.

Mr. Lally holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Michigan State University. He is also an active member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), West Michigan Lakeshore Chapter MI 122. Mike lives in Ada, Michigan, with his wife and four children.
