A leader in culinary arts programs

Since opening in 1997 with just 40 students, Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan has quickly grown to become a top culinary arts college with two campuses—one in Muskegon and one in Port Huron.  The Culinary Arts program of both the Muskegon and Port Huron campuses is accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). In addition, Muskegon’s Baking & Pastry program is also accredited by the ACF.

At either CIM campus, you train with award-winning chefs and instructors in state-of-the-art facilities designed for world-class training in the culinary arts and the food service industry. Plus, you have access to all Baker College student services and campus amenities, including libraries, computer labs, campus-wide WiFi, free tutoring, on-campus housing, and more.
